Westfall Develops New Sequential Mixer for Customer’s New Process
A chemical company developing a revolutionary new material had a demanding and sensitive chemical blending application that required precise timing and thorough mixing in sequence.
Westfall Manufacturing Company was uniquely willing to make several prototypes, trying different combinations of laying lengths and throat sizes, until arriving at a multistage mixer that solved all the customer’s blending problems.
The mixer is modular, easy to disassemble and clean, and can be equipped with any type of flanges. Choose 1/2” to 60” pipeline sizes, in 316 stainless steel, titanium, Hastelloy®, Kynar® or polypropylene, even Teflon® coating.
