An evaluation of the hydrodynamics mechanisms which drive the performance of the Westfall 2800 Static Mixer by the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Flow-Loop Test Facility. A six-inch diameter mixer was installed and velocity field downstream of the mixer was monitored using Laser Doppler Velocimetry. Multiple two-dimensional profiles of the streamwise and vertical velocity component were measured. Report includes photographs, diagrams, charts and data relevant to the performance of the mixer.
